Natalie Menor is a founder with a reputation for turning vision into execution through strategic operations. With a background in technology, entertainment, and brand development, she approaches each venture with a focus on strong partnerships, innovation, and measurable growth.
While at Northwestern University, she launched her first venture—a digital music platform developed within the school’s incubator—and later expanded it through the Science Inc. accelerator, where she raised capital, built early traction, and managed a nationwide network of over 100 college students.
She went on to work with leading entertainment companies including ICM, Virgin Records, and top management firms, before overseeing operations for Grammy Award–winning producers and songwriters. Natalie also played a key role in brand development for a Hollywood entertainment company, contributing to the creation of a cannabis brand and the launch of the animated series The Freak Brothers.
With that drive and vision, Natalie co-founded Ohana Chem Co., helping grow it into a trusted national chemical distributor through strategic partnerships, supplier relationships, and operational excellence.
